You can get that uber beauty from the foods you eat rather than expensive creams, serums or surgery! Take a look at my list of 5 Beauty Foods that can enhance your appearance, knock off years and give you record breaking compliments!

Acai Berries
These purplish red Brazilian berries are packed full of omega-3 fatty acids as well as antioxidants. They can be found in juices, wines and acai health capsules. The best part is that they improve your skin texture and glow!

Kale
This dark green vegetable is high in antioxidants and has plenty of fiber, vitamin A and vitamin C. It has the ability to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and discoloration in your skin. It also contains nutrients which make the whites of your eyes brighter! Green veggies are excellent for eating in the evening with fish, chicken or red meat.

Salmon
This fish is a great source of omega fatty acids. It has the power to reduce redness and puffiness leaving a desirable appearance for your face. Salmon can be eaten any time of the day.

Strawberries
